My new Weight loss Strategy =)

Here is the drill, I have a new weight loss phylosophy! I am tired of being, um hum "thick". I ordered a new video called the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It is supposed to kick your butt! Literally.
I have been wanting to do this for a while now, but it's tough. I have to commit to not letting all of you guys down when I take a bite of that burger or drink a little too much...

Current weight in: 132 lbs
Height: 5.1
Size: 4 or 6

We'll see how this goes. I will have a weekly update on the weight loss and will keep you posted in my fitness regimen.
