My South Beach And Workout Plan:

This morning I woke up and I wanted to run...to start out a heathy and great 3 day weekend. I looked up my new diet last night. I decided to kinda start the South Beach Diet and start running. So here is what happened...lol.

This is me in bed:



and then this is what I woke up to: ****HOMEMADE****





So, Maybe I'll have to run a marathon later to burn those calories...
On the bright side, I did do the South Beach Diet if you took away the bread and the milk and the sugar and the.....lol.
