level 1 day 1



this morning I finally started what I should've started a while back...
Ive had the 30 day shred sitting in my house for almost a year..unopened!

Lets see how it goes with a combination of WW.
what do you do as an affective workout??

  1. I used to do the Shred, now i can't find my DVD...blah! I just ordered a new Personal Training by [someone, can't remember her name] from Amazon. We'll see how that goes. I do train for half marathons, which keeps me fairly fit.
