quick update on gym stuff

my trainer quickly kicked my ass! I felt so weak.....

and today I went to a bootcamp class with some girlfriends...lets see if I can make it again in the a.m. I have another session at 6 a.m.

here are some quck goals:

current weight:137
goal weight: 115
height: 5'0
fat: a shit load
Goal: a lean mean kick ass machine

that's all...lets see what happens friends. I am committed.
